About Me

I’m Katt Ortiz-Manalo, a small business consultant, career and business coach, facilitator, yoga instructor, and community builder. At the heart of all my work is a deep understanding of transition, resilience, reinvention, and what it takes to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process.

As an immigrant, survivor, and divorcee, I’ve lived through profound change, uncertainty, healing, and new beginnings. I know what it means to rebuild, adapt, and make decisions when the path forward is not yet clear. That lived experience shapes how I support solopreneurs, small businesses, individuals, and organizations—with strategy, care, curiosity, and an understanding that sustainable change has to account for people’s values, capacities, identities, and real lives.

My own career has been anything but linear. I’ve worked across tech, consulting, education, nonprofits, finance, social impact, and the federal government, with a graduate degree from USC Marshall School of Business along the way. Fight On, I’ve lived and worked internationally, collaborated across cultures and distributed teams, and supported people through career transitions, entrepreneurship, leadership growth, relocation, and reinvention.

Today, I help solopreneurs and small businesses clarify their vision, strengthen their strategy, organize their operations, and build systems that make their work more sustainable. I coach individuals navigating career pivots, entrepreneurship, and meaningful life and work transitions. I also design retreats, workshops, facilitated conversations, and team experiences that help organizations strengthen trust, communication, culture, and connection to their mission.

My approach brings together strategy, somatics, solidarity, and community care. I believe meaningful impact begins with how we work, how we lead, and how we care for the people and communities carrying the work. Whether I’m supporting a founder, coaching someone through a transition, or facilitating a team, my goal is to make growth feel less isolating, more intentional, and rooted in what truly matters.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Bring the vision, the questions, the challenge, or the next chapter you can feel taking shape. We’ll make sense of it together and build a path forward that is clear, grounded, and aligned.
