CONSULTING APPROACH

My approach begins with creating a grounded space for reflection, because entrepreneurship is hard AF and decisions made from fear, urgency, or burnout rarely lead to the most aligned long-term outcomes. Together, we pause, zoom out, and reconnect with why the business exists, then gather honest insight around what is working, what is not working, and where things feel stuck. From there, I help create an aligned implementation plan with clear priorities, systems, and next steps — bringing both deep encouragement and radical honesty so the business can move forward with more clarity, flow, and self-trust.

    Ground Through Somatics

    We begin by creating space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your vision from a grounded place. This helps support decision-making that comes from clarity and self-trust instead of fear, urgency, or burnout. This first step supports you in grounding your nervous system, reconnecting with your vision, and making decisions from clarity, self-trust, and wisdom.

    Clarify the Strategy

    Once there is more space to zoom out, we look at the bigger picture of the business. What are you building toward? What is working? What feels unclear, heavy, or misaligned? Together, we clarify priorities, identify opportunities, and create a strategic direction rooted in your goals, values, and capacity.

    After we clarify the strategy, we get into the structure. This may include reviewing operations, client experience, team flow, communication, marketing, onboarding, delegation, or internal processes. WHAT SETS US APART

I bring a holistic, founder-centered approach to business consulting that integrates somatics, strategy, systems, solidarity, and impact. My work is deeply customized because every founder, business, community, and season of growth is different. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or growth for growth’s sake. I believe small businesses are part of the fabric of our communities — and that the way we build, lead, hire, collaborate, and care for one another matters.

My approach is shaped by a wide range of lived, professional, and cultural experiences: business school and social entrepreneurship, cross-sector work in nonprofits, education, tech, government, consulting, and impact investing, community care practices, social justice spaces, and years of learning from somatic, energetic, and ancestral wisdom traditions. Having lived and worked across multiple places and cultures, I also bring a global lens, cultural competency, and a natural ability to connect people, ideas, and possibilities.

As a queer immigrant woman of color and survivor, I understand that business is never separate from identity, capacity, community, systems, or the world we are trying to build. I bring curiosity, strategic thinking, grounded honesty, and infectious optimism into the work — because entrepreneurship is not always sunshine and rainbows, and founders need both practical support and a space where they feel deeply seen. My role is to help you zoom out, get honest about what is and is not working, strengthen the systems beneath your vision, and build a business that supports your leadership, your community, and a future where more of us can thrive.
