Decolonize Your Career

Next Chapter Circle: Career Transition

A 4-week small group program for people reimagining work, worth, and what comes next.

We are living through dystopian times, and many of us feel it every day.

Mass layoffs with no warning keep us up at night. Careers that once excited us now leave us drained. The existential dread is real. The veil has been lifted, and many of us cannot unsee what work has asked of us: endless urgency, profits over people, and the expectation that we keep performing like any of this is normal.

This space is not about being delusional or pretending everything is fine. We wake up, see the news, and feel the weight of what is happening. We know these systems want us to feel powerless, defeated, and small.

But we the people still have power.

In the social justice ecosystem, I am called to be a guide, a weaver, and a healer. That’s my Sag sun (guide), Gemini rising (weaver) and Moon in Cancer and Midheaven in Pisces (healer). With my skills and gifts, I want to create a space for you to process, connect, and reimagine in a supportive environment.

Decolonize Your Career is a space to start there: to tell the truth about work, reclaim your relationship to worth, and reimagine what comes next in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably not trying to become a billionaire and hoard wealth. You want to share your gifts, make enough, and experience the joys of life with the people who matter most.

Reimagining a better future for ourselves and each other may be some of the most important work of our generation.

Where our energy goes, grows. Start your next chapter here.

Who This Is For

This space is for people navigating career transitions who want more than résumé polish, hustle culture, and generic job search advice.

It is for people who are reimagining work, worth, identity, and what comes next.

This space may especially resonate with women, BIPOC folks, immigrants, children of immigrants, caregivers, multi-hyphenates, organizers, helpers, healers, and people moving through values-based or identity-based career transitions.

What We’ll Cover

Week 1: Feel the Feels + Build Your Ground
We begin by making space for the emotional reality of transition and building a grounding toolbox for moving through change without abandoning yourself.

Week 2: Decolonize Your Career
We unpack the stories we’ve inherited about work, productivity, legitimacy, and worth, and begin reclaiming identity beyond titles and performance.

Week 3: Skills Beyond Your Resume
We name the strengths, lived wisdom, and transferable skills you carry, including the ones traditional career spaces often overlook.

Week 4: Strategy for the Next Chapter
We turn reflection into action and build a grounded, aligned strategy for what comes next.

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • a stronger sense of who you are beyond work

  • language for your strengths and transferable skills

  • deeper clarity on what you want next and why

  • practical grounding tools for navigating transition
